Kashmiri Mutton Gushtaba




Ingredients:

800 gm Mutton Mince
Salt (As Needed)
� TSP Black Pepper Powder
� TSP Garlic Paste
� TSP Ginger Paste
1 & � TSP Ground Red Chili
1 & � TSP Coriander Powder
� TSP Aniseeds Powder
1 TSP Ginger Powder
� TSP Turmeric Powder
1 TSP Kasoori Methi
5 gm Mint
� TSP Cardamom Powder
5 gm Garam Masala Powder
500 gm Yogurt

Cooking Method:

First of all, take a bowl. Add Mutton Mince, Salt, Ginger Paste, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder and mix these all
Now make round Kofta�s from this mixture
After this, add 4 cup water in a pan. Let it warm, then add kofta�s in this water and boil them for 30 Minutes
Next, Add Yogurt in a bowl, also add Salt, Ground red Chili, Ginger Powder, Cardamom Powder, Aniseed Powder, Coriander Powder & mix these all ingredients.
Then Add this Mixed Yogurt in a pan & Cook it at the low flame for 5 minutes
Now add Garam Masala, boiled Kofta�s and cook them for 5 Minutes
In the last, add Mint as a Garnishing
Your Tasty Chicken Gushtaba is ready to serve
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes Serve: 3 People
